On Tuesday the 14th January Billy passed away suddenly at wrexham maelor hospital with his partner by his side, Billy was an outgoing man who was loved by everyone , I just wanted to set a go fund me page to help take the pressure off the family as it was a shock and was not expected , as a close family friend I just wanted to ease the pressure for them , any funds raised will go to the funeral directors the Roberts brothers , I have had permission off his family to set this up.
