William Carter

William carter died this morning instantly in a car crash in Frederick Md. he left behind friends a mother and father and siblings. Im making this go fund me for assistance for memorial service and cremation as well as other financial burdens we will have in his absence . He is missed greatly and we are asking for payers for our family during this tough time .
