Final Expenses for William “Bill” Waycott
Donation protected
William “Bill” Henry Waycott was born on January 20th 1956 and was carried home in the arms of the angels in Grants Pass, Oregon on Saturday July 30th, 2022 at 66 years of age.
For the last 8 years, Bill has been fighting the awful disease that is dementia. He had his official diagnosis in November of 2019 when he suffered a life altering dementia related hallucination.
His wife, Julie, of 20 years stood by him and upheld the vows she made to him in marriage “in sickness and in health, til death do us part”, and lovingly provided his care up until the end.
During his life, Bill raised five children. Two biological, Melissa & Kyle, and three children through his marriage to Julie; Caitlin, Jacquelyn, & Nathan. He also was a grandpa, some would say the best. His grandchildren are Autumn, Lilly, Donovan, Weston, & Wyatt.

The last few weeks of his life were a whirlwind for my mother, Julie. Loose ends still need to be tied up, and final arrangements made. There is a financial strain on her now as she needs to pay for the cremation services, his last medical bills, and take care of her home finances as she takes the necessary time to grieve and heal.
This fund will help provide her the financial relief she needs during this time. So many unexpected things happened and time was robbed from her. Dementia can be a very unpredictable disease near the end, and there’s no sure way to gauge how much time we have left with our loved one, or what the financial impact will look like once all is said and done.
If you can donate, we will be grateful. If you cannot donate, please share this post. As always, prayers for peace and comfort are welcome. We appreciate any and all help/support.
If you would like to donate outside of this platform, please reach out to me and I can make arrangements on behalf of my mother.
Thank you for being a part of Bill’s life, and in part, a part of ours.
