William "Bill" Laver funeral and family expenses.

My name is April Thompson. On September 16th my brother was taken from his family in a tragic hit and run accident in Tacoma Washington, while on his way to work. Our family is struggling with funds to give him the celebration of his life that he is entitled to. He was a retired Senior Chief U.S. Navy and was currently working for BNSF Railroad. Bill meant so much to so many and the world is less bright with him no longer in it. Any help for his family is appreciated.
