Willard Family

Bernie and Lisa were married for 28 years.  Bernie just passed away after a long battle with Parkinson Disease and 3 Strokes. He was a wonderful Father and Husband.  He had his own business for years and took good care of his family.  When he became ill, he lost his business and his family's income.  His company went  bankrupt.   His wife Lisa and son  Bradley took excellent care of Bernie as his illness progressed.  After graduating  high school Bradley stayed home to care for his Father rather than seeking employment or  going  on to  college.  Lisa worked a full time job during the day.  Towards the end of Bernies fight, Lisa and Bradley were both working full time attending to him. All health care professionals that came in and out of Bernie's life always commented on what an awesome job they were doing.  They knew he wouldn't get this care anywhere else.  Now that Bernie is gone, the family is even more financially burdened by the lost of his Social Security as there are still previous debts.  Lisa is also caring for her Mother who has the beginning stages of Alzheimers.  They have not had a vehicle for the last two years.

The money raised will go towards  buying a family vehicle.  This will also help Bradley to obtain employment and move forward with his life.   For the past 10 years  Lisa and Bradley have neglected their own medical needs.  Lisa needs extensive dental work, which is not covered by her insurance at work.  Bradley and Lisa need surgeries for a bone disease they both have.  The co pays, some medications and therapy are not completely covered by their insurance.  They need repairs done on their town home, including a new air conditioner.  Please help this family.  They are having a difficult time even putting food on the table.
