Will Beaman’s Fight Against Leukemia

As a respiratory therapist, Clara Beaman saves and transforms patients’ lives during their scariest and most vulnerable times on a daily basis.

This past week, my sweet friend, former co-worker and classmate had the opportunity to forever change and save a life, however this time it was of someone she loved. Clara was able to be the donor for her brother Will’s transplant as he and their family persevere through a fight against leukemia.

Will was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia in September 2021. Due to the nature of his treatment, the family has had to leave the comfort of their home town to continue with treatment in St. Louis nearly 3 hours away.

This GoFundMe is a way to provide an outlet for people to show love and support to The Beaman Family as they persevere through Will’s fight against leukemia and adjust to finding a new sense of normalcy during this time.

Will just graduated high school while battling leukemia and is in the second round of his treatment. Due to the nature of his treatment, the family has had to leave the comfort of their home town and her mother has to go to St. Louis to receive his treatment.
