Will and FAMILY trying to stay in His HOME

 Hello, my name is Will Byrd and most of you probably know me from The Cold Beer Confessional or Cold Beer Creations on youtube. You probably also know my wife Merriah, my 10-year-old son/co-host occasionally Liam and Oli w/ Night Night Nightly News in all his fixated to hard on chickens because of his sensory processing disorer GLORY. And we are all about to be dislocated from our dream home..... I want to be very clear here. It is not the case that we cannot AFFORD our home. I have made payments above and beyond what a traditional mortgage costs here monthly for over 3 years. The issue is the rug was jerked out from beneath us and the home is now trying to be taken away from us even tho we had an agreement with the owner for 10 YEARS of rent to own with the option to buy AT ANY TIME and after 3 we are getting the boot in only 2 MONTHS!!! This is our dream home. Perfect size, style, location, proximity to my aging parents, and MOST IMPORTANTLY Oli and I with all of our mental health issues are settled here. Uprooting and moving either one of us is quite the ordeal honestly especially with no plan, no notice, and no time to prepare. It is incredibly frustrating to know that we did our part, we kept our agreement and because of a divorce and a basic inability to get along for the sake of EVERYONE, we are about to lose the home PLUS all the money already paid that was supposed to be going towards paying down the price of the home when we do buy... "But Will why don't you just get a loan???" Well, I would love to get a loan, my "rent" would be lower and I wouldn't have to depend on anyone's word which has failed me every time in the past but the embarrassing truth is, I have been in battle with the VA disability board for YEARS. I am trying and trying to get approved for VA unemployability and get my rating bumped so as the name implies. I am unemployable and thanks to a really rough sell from Covid, my credit is currently shot. Banks will NOT loan to me with little to no proof of income other than a small portion of my VA disability and the money I make from YouTube and also a very poor credit score. Trust me I would much rather go to a bank or even a private financier and repay every dime of the home price PLUS interest than to have to share this portion of my life... Either way, to keep our dream home WE NEED YHOUR HELP. And if you can help we would greatly appreciate it. We will take whatever we make and, if it is not the full price, try to finance the rest but I don't know if that will even work with a lender. The goal here is to come together and raise the money for our home outright and I will forever not only be grateful but indebted to you, my viewers and supporters and honestly our saviors!.
