Wiles Duke needs your help.

Hello friends Gordon Rainey here reaching out for your support for a great friend that truly needs it. Wiles Duke Dubose is an incredibly talented artist that left his home state of Florida 5 years back to initially assist old friends in California by protecting their large barn and home in fire preventative siding. Once this lengthy task was completed he headed North West to Washington State where he had lined up several more carpentry and construction projects in and around the local coastal art community. These projects allowed him the time to focus on his multiple pre-ordered painting commissions. He possesses the beautiful gift of distinct memory from his childhood to his adult life spent in the marshes, beaches, lagoons and wooded wet areas of North Florida. His memories spill onto the canvases reminiscent of the Florida Highway Men. I know personally of his gifts because my home is full of his art and I’ve commissioned over 100 paintings which I’ve gifted to my Real Estate customers. Wiles flourished for several years in and around the small mountain towns making friends readily and assisting them when needed with his vast carpentry and construction skills. All was going well till he was stricken by not one but two nasty, nasty cases of Covid. The painful lingering side effects had him down for months. Just about the time he had regained his health his trusty F-150’s motor blew up leaving him stranded on a friends vast mountain tract. His reality at this point is a bit daunting and not one to complain or ask for assistance without some form of contribution finds him, well looking for a silver lining.

He was very resistant when I suggested this go fund me platform but I reminded him of all of his countless hours assisting anyone who has ever needed his help no matter where or what it was. He’s that guy. He needs our help to get back on his feet in replacing his vehicle and getting him off the mountain and into a new place. I’ve set this up as a goal for $10,000 to get this mission started and anything you can spare will go directly to him and his overall recovery. Thank you in advance!
