Wildlife storm support Mt Dandenong

We've had a catastrophic storm event on Mt Dandenong and surrounds (about an hour out of Melbourne CBD, Australia) with the environment and wildlife severely impacted. Hundreds of massive old trees are down and that's home to so many species. Local wildlife rescuers have sustained damage with wombat burrows flooded, enclosures and machinery broken, trees down and clean up required. For the Love of Wildlife Limited is facilitating a works and repair initiative and every donation helps enormously.

We've had a generator donated by local business Bell Real Estate Olinda and people donating their time to work on the ground.

We need your help to pay for materials, machinery and a replacement quad bike to do the rest.

Whilst our work is focused in addressing the current extinction crisis, specifically the legal trade systems driving endangered species to the brink, we felt compelled to act locally with so much of the natural environment and wildlife severely impacted during this unpredictable storm.

We've come through horrendous bushfires and this storm has left a devastating mark...we ask you to help us save our wonderful wildlife friends. Thank you for your kind and generous support, Australian wildlife needs all the help it can get.
