Wildfire Home Loss Relief for Steve Cindy Hartung

My name is Carol-Anne Hartung and although I now live in Arizona, I was born and raised in Oregon.  Three days ago, my brother and sister-in-law lost their home in the Panther Creek community in Otis, Oregon due to the Echo  Mountain Fire.  They were awakened in the middle of the night by neighbors who saw the fire coming down the hill toward the community.  They had little to no time to gather their belongings and evacuate.  They made it to safety in Lincoln City, only to be evacuated once again.  They have a place to stay for the time being, however, they evacuated with only a few items and the clothes they were wearing.
     At this time, Steve and Cindy are in need of funds immediately to purchase basic necessities. They will eventually need assistance with housing.   They both work in Lincoln City, and with the city's evacuation, their source of income has been taken away.
