Hello Folks, Friends, Family and Fellow Fermenters,

 

Wilder Ferments is ready for a sea change. We are entering our fourth year of fermentation on the Mendocino Coast, and the time has come for a transformation. At every step, our community (that's you) has provided all the love and support that any budding business could ask for. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to provide premium organic kombucha to you all!

 

Up to this point, we have been more nano-brewery than micro-brewery, brewing in tiny batches, schlepping buckets, filtering, filling and capping one by one by one. And we've been happy to do it! But, to increase our volume, provide a more consistent product and save our bodies from repetitive manual labor, we have realized that a technology upgrade is necessary.

 

A perfect opportunity has presented itself to us. Call it a passing of the torch (or tanks). Pacific Culture, a stellar fermentation company based out of Chico, CA, has decided to stop production to pursue new projects. Close friends notified us of this change, and we quickly connected with Pacific Culture. As a result, their entire professional kombucha brewing setup is now available, and we are first in line.

 

Due to global shortages of raw materials, freight increases and general inflation, buying a new setup isn't an option for us at this time, so this rare opportunity is our only chance to bootstrap to the next level. This is where we humbly ask for your help. If your values align with supporting small businesses, we ask that you consider contributing to our growth.
