WE DID IT!!

Thanks to everyone's efforts and donations, we managed to get a billboard in LA! For $4518, our billboard will be situated at 2703 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404, for a duration of 4 weeks! If you're in LA, live close by are planning on making the trip to see the billboard, please take pictures, and don't forget to tag our @SaveTheWilds Twitter!

Let's bring the Unsinkable 8 home!!

Despite a surprising cancellation, the fight to bring back the show that we all know and love is just getting started. With powerful storylines and messages, The Wilds showed its audience that they were, in fact, not alone but rather seen and heard. As the show went on for a second season, the Wilds fandom grew even wider and found comfort and a safe space in each other. We became family.

By shining a light on several profound issues that most media today, unfortunately, fail to recognize, the Prime Original was a groundbreaking show. The Wilds also had amazing representation in the YA collection, especially for women, women of color and for the LGBTQ + community. In season 2 of The Wilds, the introduction of the boys furthered the amount of representation as it allowed to explore other storylines from a different point of view.

If like us, you believe that those stories deserve to keep being told and that our girls need to find their way back home, please donate if you can. Our first step with the collected funds will go toward the creation of a billboard, as other past successful fan campaigns have shown that it is an efficient way to raise awareness about our campaign and its goals. But this is only the beginning, and as The Wilds highlights a wide range of issues, our fandom is also currently looking into pledging to a charity.
