Urgent help needed now!

Wildlife West Inc. is a non-for profit wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre in Fitzroy Crossing, WA. It’s the only one in the central Kimberly between Broome and Kununurra (1,150km span) and it’s underwater!

Tamela is a well known and respected nurse and local, who dedicates her life and finances, to help rehabilitate and release all wildlife that comes into her care. She also takes care of the regions domestic animals, as there is no vet in town. Some of the animals are permanently in care due to their injuries and would not survive in the wild.

Due to the current floods, All of Tamela’s enclosures, shelters, animal food, medical supplies and all things in between are gone. Absolutely everything will need rebuilding. Not to mention, her own house in now full of water.

The animals are being evacuated by boat to a safe and dry, temporary area.
