Covid-19 has had devastating effects to the lives of many during this tough time and consequently has impacted the mental health of those who have lost friends, family, jobs and anyone feeling alone and isolated.

Mental Health Ireland is working tirelessly to help protect those in need and maintain a positive wellbeing during uncertain and challenging times. 

To help raise awareness for a charity and cause close to our hearts, we will be running 2500 Km along the Wild Atlantic Way coastal path starting in Co.Cork at the Old Head and we will finish our run in Malin Head Co.Donegal.
