Help Wigan St Andrew's save its Victorian buildings
Wigan St Andrew's is housed in a beautiful, but ageing, Victorian building that holds significant historical value in our community. We take pride in the legacy of our school and the educational services we provide, but we are facing a pressing concern that requires immediate attention.
The current electrical and mechanical systems within the building are outdated; it is crucial we undertake the necessary upgrades to these systems. However, we find ourselves in a challenging predicament as our school does not receive funding from the Government or Local Authority to support this vital work.
In order to undertake these essential improvements, our school must raise 10% of the total cost of the project. Unfortunately, our limited budget is primarily allocated to ensuring a quality education for our students, leaving little to no resources available for building refurbishment.
We are therefore reaching out to you, our local community and supporters of St Andrew’s, to seek your support in helping us to raise the £12,500 to start the initial phase of this crucial work.
Thank you for all your continued support.
