Wigan and Leigh Hospice-Manchester to Blackpool

I’m taking part in the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on Sunday 14th July. I haven’t rode any distance on my bike since 2022, so it’s definitely going to be a challenge and one I will probably never do again!!

But this ride is a bit different to my previous as I am raising money for Wigan and Leigh hospice. It is a charity very close to my heart. As many of you are aware we lost our Dad to cancer in November and the care they provided for my Dad in his last few days was outstanding and the support for us as a family was very comforting. As a family, we will be forever grateful for everything they did.

Wigan and Leigh hospice nurses really are angels in disguise. They rely on donations to keep running so please any donations at all will be hugely appreciated.
