Wig for Alea

Alea is a  beautiful, vibrant 13 year old who was suddenly diagnosed the end of May with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in her left knee. She is a very strong, energetic and happy girl who along with her family and friends is fighting this illness! She has a long road ahead of her but we know she can overcome this! Alea is currently receiving chemotherapy which will cause her to lose her hair.  Alea was able to cut her hair and donate it towards a wig along with the donations of some of her friends; Emma Grimmelsman, Keomorokat Vay and Kayleigh Keunzli. Together, they will be able to create a beautiful “friendship wig” for Alea. Brenda, a local hair artist and salon owner, from “Hair to Wear” will be able to use their hair to create a wig for Alea. The wig costs $1,000 and it takes ten weeks to create. The sooner we can get this started, the sooner Alea can get her wig! Many friends have asked how they can help the Ramsey family. We figured what a great way to support and help them. Once the $1000 is raised  any extra funds will be given to the Ramsey family to help them with any expenses as needed. No donation is too small!
