Wife needs cancer surgery & treatment

My wife is getting surgery to remove the rest of her thyroid after getting half of it out recently along with a lump in her neck, which turned out cancerous.  

My wife is 34.  She is the worship director for our church and teaches private music lessons from home, while also doing many other things to support our family.  She does all this despite suffering from ailments that impede her everyday life.  These include: 
- Fibromyalgia
- Arthritis
- Severe migraines (she takes Imitrex for this, says it's a lifesaver) 
- Narcoleptic fatigue
- IBS
- Kidney stones

Now, she's going to have to deal with cancer on top of it as well, which will delay treatment for her autoimmune problem.  Despite this, she's ready to fight and go through whatever it takes. 

I'm praying for the help we need for this.   We've been married 14 years and have an 11 year old son.  She is the strongest person I know.  The lump she had affected her speaking and singing, which she needs.  This next surgery will impact that as well, which means less income for her.  We don't know exactly what we'll need for everything the future has for Sam, but we already had to pay over $800 for the first surgery before it could be done.  Things won't get easier as far as that goes.  Treatment could be a long road.
