On July 23rd my wife and two of our children were in a horrific accident with an 18 wheeler water truck.
While our son sustained minimal injuries and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, my wife and our daughter had to be care-flighted to Fort Worth. 
My wife is in and out of the hospital and awaiting her second surgery to reconstruct her ankle, foot & shin. 
Our daughter took the worst of it. Her diaphragm was torn open, and her intestines were pushed up into her diaphragm. She also sustained a broken back, broken ribs and a broken arm. She will be hospitalized for over a month. They have completed the surgery to repair her organs and diaphragm,  but they must wait for that to heal before they can turn her over and begin surgery to her back, which will require putting rods in. She will be in a back brace for a minimum of 8 months . We were told that she would be very limited in sports and could never do gymnastics again, hopefully she’ll prove them all wrong.
I’m asking for help due to the high cost, and insurance won’t take care of it all, along with having to miss work to care for them. Two care flights, an ambulance ride and 5 surgeries, hopefully that will be the end of it.
