Einige von euch werden es schon mitbekommen haben, andere erfahren wiederum erst jetzt davon.

In der Nacht von Donnerstag, dem 14.05., zu Freitag, dem 15.05., kam es in unserer neu bezogenen Lagerhalle (alte Möbelfabrik Oelsa) zu einem Großbrand. Glücklicherweise wurde niemand verletzt. Dennoch wurde unser gesamter Besitz und damit alles, was wir in den letzten Jahren mit harter Arbeit aufgebaut, finanziert und gepflegt haben, von den Flammen zerstört. Die Brandursache ist noch unbekannt, wir halten euch auf dem laufenden.

Mit der Halle haben wir nicht nur unser Equipment wie Werkzeuge, Sound- und Lichttechnik, Verstärker, Kabel, Deko, Stromaggregat und eine CNC-Fräse verloren, sondern auch unseren Safer Space und unzählige Erinnerungen an gemeinsames Bauen, Feiern und Zusammensein. Der materielle Schaden beläuft sich auf etwa 30.000€, abgesehen von dem emotionalen Wert, den all diese Dinge für uns hatten. Für uns bedeutet dieser Brand einen vollständigen Verlust.

Trotz dieses herben Niederschlags wollen wir nicht aufgeben. Wir wollen weitermachen und stärker zurückkommen. Dafür benötigen wir eure Hilfe!

Rebuilding Our Sound System

Some of you may already be aware of this, while others are just finding out now.

During the night of Thursday, May 14, into Friday, May 15, a major fire broke out in our newly occupied warehouse. Fortunately, no one was injured. Nevertheless, all of our belongings, and with them, everything we’ve built, financed, and maintained through hard work over the past few years, were destroyed by the flames. The cause of the fire is still unknown; we’ll keep you updated.

With the warehouse, we have not only lost our equipment, such as tools, sound and lighting equipment, amplifiers, cables, decorations, generator and a CNC router, but also our safer space and countless memories of building, celebrating, and being together. The material damage amounts to approximately €30,000, not to mention the emotional value all these things held for us. For us, this fire represents a total loss.

Despite this bitter setback, we refuse to give up. We want to keep going and come back stronger. To do that, we need your help!
