My name is Nadia Zermani and I am fundraising for Noha Abdeen - a widowed mother of 7 in Gaza - two of which are severely ill. This poor family in Gaza was struggling long before the war, surviving with the little they had.

One child named Hatem Abdeen has Down syndrome and suffers from a serious heart condition, requiring constant care and medical treatment.

Another child, Hassan Abdeen, suffers from fluid buildup in the brain. He lives with drainage tubes to release pressure, but the condition is worsening. The heat causes him to collapse and faint, and his eyesight is being damaged by the pressure. Hassan urgently needs medical evacuation outside Gaza; his life is at risk every single day without proper treatment.

The family’s home was destroyed by Israeli airstrikes, and they were forcibly displaced to a tent camp, living without water, electricity, or basic human neccessities.

Their father was killed while trying to bring food for his children by going to an area labeled "safe" by American aid announcements, but he was killed by the IDF while trying to feed his children.

Now, the mother is left alone, caring for 7 children, including two who are very sick. She has no income, no protection, no food, no medical supplies, and no support.

Their situation is urgent.
