Hello all, thank you for taking the time to read about this cause. Viorel Halip is a father of nine living in Marginea, Suceava, Romania. He tragically lost his pregnant wife, Virginia on May 26, 2022. She was only 33 years old and died due to renal health issues. After her death, a medical team successfully delivered the baby, but the child died just two days later. Both mama and baby have been buried together and the entire family has been shattered by the losses.

Now, Viorel is left to deal with the pain of losing a wife and child while trying to stay strong for his other children -- the oldest child being 12 years old and the youngest having just turned one. He doesn't have a stable job and now finds himself needing to stay home and take care of his children.
 
The entire family has been living in one room as they are in the process of building a house which is the reason I wanted to start this fundraiser. The money raised would go directly to Viorel and help him attain some of the funds he needs to finish the building of their home. We are hoping to lessen the stress of money as he navigates life without his wife and help him in providing a home for his heartbroken children.
