Widmer End School children can only look at their play trail but they can’t play on it as it’s currently unsafe and in need of repair which is going to cost approximately £3000!

Playtime is such an important part of school life, to get outside in the fresh air with your friends, get some exercise, have adventures and fun.

My dad and I are walking a marathon on Saturday 24th January and we would love to raise funds to get this piece of fun outdoor equipment repaired and improved for all of the children at Widmer End School.

We’ve trained hard as it will take us approximately 9 hours to complete. We have got blisters on our feet and it’s currently due to rain on the day, so if you can spare a pound, we would appreciate it!
