Wickerson Studios would like to thank all the donors that have made our decision to keep Wickerson Studios operating for the next few years and a simple and a supported one.

Ideally, we believe that Wickerson Studios can facilitate 80 creative individuals who may benefit from having 12 acres to extend their art with the operation of two large metal furnaces and a modular large scale blast furnace kiln for clay sculptures.

Currently we have solicited the support of just over three dozen artist/creatives, and we anticipate being able to secure the fund to support the fuel and labor costs for the upcoming 2023 year.

Our gofundme goal is $10,000 per year to monthly fill the large propane tank , run the aluminum furnaces regularly, and occasionally complete a large-scale clay sculpture on the land.

No donation is too small and any and all donors are welcome to attend our closing party on November 13th from noon until 8 pm out at Wickerson Studios.

Dear Wickerson Studios Fans,

Beth and I would like to request your support to keep the furnaces firing for another decade out at Wickerson Studio. After an emotional and difficult summer, clearing and cleaning the homestead to sell, we have decided to remain. Wickerson Studios holds too many valuable memories and selling just doesn't seem like the best thing to do.

No donation amount is too small. Although our fund-raiser goal is set at a whopping $100k, if you consider that stretching of that amount out over a decade, $1000/month doesn't seem that outrageous if one considers the cost of filling the propane tank and donating materials like aluminum and bronze. (My labor remains free, I like to work)

For those of you who have enjoyed your time out at Wickerson Studios over the past decade, Beth and I can guarantee that the next decade will continue to be full of creative events, castings, firings and a whole slew of performances and theatrical activities.
