While many of knew him as little billy , he was a kind hearted man and touched the hearts of many. Recently Billy was in trade school to become a mechanic and was proud of his accomplishments. Billy may not have had any children of his own but he took his nephew Colin as his own . Anyone who knew Billy knew colin was not far behind him , playing football, fishing or making snowman families with him Billy was always in site of Colin.
