Why would someone do this?!? Help us get justice
I am creating this to help get funds to take this situation to court and also to remove my mothers ashes from the cemetery she was buried at so I can have peace her remains will be respected and taken care of.
This has been a very hard thing to deal with since I was so young when it started but now I have had time to grieve and it’s the perfect time to get the justice we deserve.
My story:
This woman was my mother’s best friend. She trusted her with her life and mine. When my mother was about to die from cancer, she assigned her to be the Executor of her Will. She was supposed to be there for the rest of my life as a mother figure and to provide me with the funds MY MOTHER left for my brother and I to live off of. My mother died with the comfort that her best friend was going to take care of me but that is not what happened. She betrayed my mother. The moment my mom passed away, I walked up to see her, to give her one last goodbye, and this woman had the audacity to say “your mom said I can have the necklace she’s wearing” not anything to else but that... she did not hug me or give my any comfort. She didn’t want my brother at my moms funeral and gave me unnecessary drama during the worst moment of my life. To make a long story short while I was in college (the will paid for my schooling) this bitch was stealing money from me every time she withdrew money to give to me. Eventually when it came time for my brother to get a large portion of the money (the will was set up to give a large % at the ages of 25;30;35) she admitted to stealing all of our money and she spent it all. She had the Fucking nerve to tell me “well I had to struggle and be on welfare my whole life, so I think you should too” then she promised to try and start paying me back. This woman blocked me and never spoke to me again.
The grave situation:
My mother’s head stone has mysteriously vanished. I have no idea who or why someone would do this. I don’t know when this exactly happened. so a year ago I went and I couldn’t find it, they were closed that day so I called the next day and they said she was there so I thought I was just crazyand thought nothing of it.its almost an hour from my house so I don’t go there often. I hadn’t went back until yesterday so I cant say this happened recently. I have contacted the cemetery and they have no record of someone removing the headstone. At this time theyare investigating the situation.
Anything helps and if I am able to get any type of money back I will be donating back to the community as much as I can.
