Why is Mongo not feeling well?

Donation protected
A few days ago our gentle giant, Mongo suffered a seizure. He was brought to Pieper Memorial Veterinary Hospital around 11pm and admitted for treatment. He showed signs of cognitive instability in the waiting room, an increased heart rate, excessive urination, no appetite, and now a fever still 3 days later. He has undergone numerous blood tests, ultrasounds, urinalysis, an MRI, Xrays and fluids with no answer found. His vet bills are currently exceeding $6400 and still growing.  I just want my baby boy to feel better and come home to his babies and suckle them after dinner while settling down for the day. I want to hug him and kiss him non stop. Most of all I want him well and to be himself again. And with that comes a price to pay.
Everyone has been beyond generous with their prayers and positive thoughts as well as concern for Mongo. That means the MOST to us!
Whether a monetary donation to his care is made does not change how much we appreciate the love that we feel during this hard time. I never thought that I’d be in a position to start a go fund me, and to be honest it hurts to even keep typing. Whether the goal is met or not, we will make sure that he gets what he needs to get back home to us and his normal life.
Today he had xrays to check for phenomena, that was negative-good news. And he’s currently getting an ultrasound on his abdomen. The results are not in yet, I’m waiting for the doctor to call.
With all of that said, We love you all dearly and we are all trying to get him home as soon as possible.
