Shayne McFadyen’s Memorial Fund

Hi,
The fundraiser is for the family of Shayne McFadyen.
Sadly on September 14th, 2023. This world lost one of the best people on it, Shayne McFadyen.
No words can describe losing someone like Shayne. He was fearless, caring, giving, and so much more. Shayne always made sure to take care of his family, no matter the task Shayne would fight the fire to protect everyone around him because he loved family more then anything.
Family to Shayne was more then blood, it was a bond of loyalty, trust, and respect. This bond as long as you kept it meant no matter what fight, big or small, you always had the best person to have in your corner at anytime.
Growing up Shayne was always playing sports. Football, running, martial arts, and excelled at them all. Playing with the North Winnipeg Nomads, Shayne played multiple positions and won a championship while being undefeated in regular season for 2 years in a row. Shayne excelled and went from O and D lineman to a talented Linebacker and long snapper being a leader to his teammates. Outside of football Shayne was a crafty southpaw. Shayne for many years was training boxing and other martial arts but always thrived in the boxing ring with quick hands, great movement and technique straight from the textbook. No one could stand with Shayne, as fast as it started, it ended. No matter the sport, Shayne was always pushing to be the best.
Recently he invested his time into computer games, from a young age he loved to play first person shooters. He always strived to become the best in every game. From his first game of Call of duty to the last game of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive he always became the best. There was something about CSGO for him that he always felt like there was more for him to learn and get better. Shayne without a doubt was always ready to play videogames with his friends and was one of his favourite things to do with them.
Shayne was an old soul, there are so many words out there that can describe him and his personality but one word sums it up. Great. He was a great person, a great brother, a great son, a great uncle and grandson. Knowing that he's gone too soon is a loss to our world that the most amazing human being is gone.
All proceeds go to the family to cover costs of funeral/headstone for Shayne.
