Hello everyone, and my fellow musicians.

This is Jinu

Greetings from Bangkok.

As some of you might know, I was recently diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy.

It’s a condition that causes temporary paralysis on one side of the face.

At first, I was terrified thinking it might spread to my whole body, but thankfully, that's not the case.

I want to say a huge appreciation for all the support, encouragement, and advice you sent me when I first went to the hospital.

It really meant a lot.

To be honest,

the paralysis has progressed a bit more since very first moment, so I can't really move the muscles on the right side of my face.

Sometimes tears just fall, and I spill things when I'm eating or drinking.

The good news is that I caught it very early, The doctor said there’s a 90% chance of a full recovery, though we don't know exactly how long it will take.

For the time being, it’ll be hard to catch me at jam sessions or casual hangouts. The doctor advised me to minimize stress and focus on boosting my immune system. I diet with plan, ew veggies…

However, I’m still going to keep performing and recording. Praise the Lord, it’s only on my face and the rest of my body is perfectly healthy.

I'm so grateful fellow musicians are still reaching out to work with me, so I hope to see you at those small but precious gigs.
