As some of you may know, our dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in March this year at the age of 57.

To show our support and raise awareness, me and Tyler have decided to take on the challenge of walking 100 miles each throughout October. The official challenge is 100 kilometers, but we wanted to push ourselves a little further and go the extra distance.

Cure Parkinson’s is a leading international medical research charity which funds research that will have an impact on the lives of the 10 million people living with Parkinson’s worldwide, with the hope of an eventual cure for the condition. Everything they do is to move closer to the goal of finding new treatments to slow, stop or reverse the progression of Parkinson’s.
