In 2012, Lindsey and Daniel Crouch created the world's most nutrient-rich flour as a healthy alternative to all the not-so-good-for-you options on the shelf loaded with gluten, grains and sugar.  They wanted something better for their family and yours. So they searched their hearts, minds and prayed for the best possible ingredients they could use to create nutritious food - and the answer to "use seeds" came to them. Little did they know, this would be the first seed flour and foods line to hit the market!

They take 7 organic Super Seeds and grind them fresh into nutritious and delicious all-purpose flour! Their goodies are so nutrient-rich that eating one of their chocolate glazed donuts has the same amount of fiber as eating three cups of broccoli. The same amount of good fat as eating one cup of avocado. The same amount of protein as eating nine cups of spinach and fewer net carbs than eating one medium red apple!

Since the concept to use ground seeds as baking flour had never been done before, they had a long road of research and development ahead of them. They spent a year in their apartment kitchen and commissaries testing different blends and ratios of super seeds until they landed on their 7 Super Seed Blend. Their proprietary blend is not only nutritious and filling, but it's delicious and satisfies a craving or sweet tooth. It's the perfect healthy breakfast, fiber-filled addition to your green smoothies, satisfying snack or delightful dessert.

While working to make their 7 Seed Flour and foods into a business, Daniel worked as a personal trainer, helping people to reach their health and fitness goals. Lindsey went to the Culinary Business Academy and studied the business side of becoming a personal chef and caterer. They loved helping people live their best lives through diet and exercise, and the doors started opening for their new product line, Guiltless Goodies.

In 2014, they moved their company from Dallas to Austin, the innovative foods capitol of Texas and Daniel's home town. They got their products into local health shops and not long after, one of their accounts, People's Pharmacy, called them the "best selling frozen items they'd ever carried!"

This great traction from local stores got them the attention of HEB. They are now in 40 HEB's across Texas in the "Healthy Living" gluten-free freezer section.

They also are in all Central Market stores across Texas. As well, as select United Market Street locations, Wheatsville and Erewhon Natural Foods in California.

In 2018, they saw one of their biggest dreams come true when they opened up their own retail front and manufacturing facility in SW Austin. They have 12 wonderful employees on their team and it is a joy and honor every day to create nutritious foods for families. Lindsey and Daniel work tirelessly as entrepreneurs to provide for their beautiful 3 young sons.

Since they use the highest quality ingredients, it isn't cheap to make these organic seed-based foods. They never use fillers, preservatives, starches, soy, corn, nuts, dairy, gluten or grain of any kind! Their healthy goodies are a great choice for anyone on the go that wants a healthy meal or snack - or anyone who eats a special diet.

In 2019, another one of their dreams is about to manifest. Daniel and Lindsey will be launching into Whole Foods stores throughout Austin in the new year and need resources immediately to scale the business and produce their purchase orders for Whole Foods Market and other retail accounts.

New donations will go toward ingredients, marketing, updated packaging, and a brand refresh to "7 Seed Foods" and the launch of new donut flavors: blueberry, carrot cake and lemon glaze!

Through it all, the reason they are doing this is to help create a future of health and longevity. They support children's hunger relief and Hungry Souls in their local community. 1 in 5 children in America suffers from hunger, and they want to change that.

Their dream is to take "7 Seed Foods" nationwide and to plant seeds of good health in people everywhere. It sounds like a tough job, but they are set up to succeed and just need your seed funding.

They want everyone everywhere to be able to "have their donut and eat it, too!"

We wanted to let you know that we are raising capital and looking for partners as we expand distribution and bring on new stores in the New Year! If you are interested in joining our company, we would love to talk to you.

If you aren't able to invest but would like to help as we raise funds to continue to grow the business, we've set up this Go Fund Me campaign that tells a little about Guiltless Goodies and why it's so unique.

We just got the approval from Whole Foods to launch in all Austin stores in 2019 and the approval for 51 stores of Rouse's (similar to HEB) in Louisiana! If you or a friend are interested in being part of a growing natural foods company and the very first seed-based flour and baked goods line to market, we would love the opportunity to talk to you about being part of the deal.

Merry Christmas!
Daniel & Lindsey
