Ashley’s Post:

We came to Gulf Shores, AL on Friday for a family vacation with our babies. On Friday night, Iris’s owlet monitor alerted us that she was not getting enough oxygen. EMS was called, she was transferred to pediatric ICU, and we have been here ever since. Iris has been having back to back seizures off and on ever since. Her oxygen had been dropping to dangerously low levels due to her seizure activity. There are a lot of tests being performed, they are in talks of placing her on a feeding tube, and they are considering intubation. Please keep us in your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes while we try to navigate this 10 hours from home without the comforts of friends and family nearby. I miss my Ellie so much and I miss my baby. She is not herself right now. We greatly appreciate everyone who has checked in on our family.
