2020 has been a challenging year to say the least. For many its been devastating with many ups and downs. In the midst of all this madness we have tried to foster a place for our youth where life can feel a bit more normal. In the spring we had to cancel all practices and meets including the all important Championship  track season. Kids didn't give up! They ran on treadmills, with parents, even circles in the backyard if you ca picture that to stay in shape.

Come the Fall we still didn't know if we would have a season. Kids again didn't give up! push through practices with no sign of any true races. They raced countless time trials with little fanfare with no promise of a post season. In the end we were able to go to Las Vegas to find a qualifying race and our kids performed in the AAU Western Regional Championships! Almost as if 2020  had never happened they performed above and beyond expected against a very strong field of some of the best runners in the Western US!

Last year we took 4 kids to Nationals Cross Country Championships, today we are proud to announce 8 will represent the Whittier Community this year at Nationals! We are very proud of all our resilient youth and our warrior family

Here is where we need your help. With conditions this year fundraisers have been very difficult to have they have yielded only enough for keep us going but not to support 8 runners traveling to Tallahassee FL in less than 3 weeks for the National Championships! Please help us support these kids in this trying year and make it an experience to remember!!! Anything you can afford will help us!
