Whitney Ciccone's medical expenses

Whitney was struck by a vehicle as she was crossing a busy intersection. She went head first into the windshield and then was thrown off the car. At the hospital we were clueless for hours. Waiting and waiting to hear something.

Whitney is in critical condition. She has brain bleeding. Facial fractures. Her face is beyond swollen. She has a shattered shoulder blade and a possibly fractured elbow. She has a grade 3 lacerations to her liver and kidney. Her lungs are severely bruised. She is on a ventilator primarily breathing for her. They have her in an induced coma currently.

She was rushed to Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg Va, but was airlifted to VCU in Richmond last night. How long she'll be hospitalized is unknown. Their primary focus is to stop any brain bleeding and drain any fluid on the brain. Then their next step will be for major facial reconstruction. She will have a long road to recovery but is still considered in critical condition.

She is a mother of two beautiful children, a 7 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. She currently doesn't have insurance so anything donated is going to all medical cost from her accident. Please continue to pray for her as she's fighting for her life.
