To help Whitney get through cancer treatment

Hi, my name is Claire and I’m fundraising to help support my dear friend Whitney Allen get through this difficult time. Whitney was just diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. She will have to undergo surgery and then chemo, radiation and immunotherapy. If you know Whitney you know she’s strong, smart, so funny and can survive anything! I have no doubt in my mind that she will not just get through this but she’ll surmount all the challenges placed in front of her and grow even more because of it all. That being said, as a yoga teacher myself, I know how hard it is to not work. We don’t get “sick days” we don’t get paid vacation or financial support from the studios we teach in. As independent contractors that’s just what we are… independent. In moments like these it makes everything really difficult. I’d love the community of incredible people who know and love Whitney to come together now to support her so she can rest and heal and not worry about finances.
