Whitney was diagnosed with metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma and had her first surgery on April 19. We thought the doctor was able to remove all the cancer until she went to her post op and was told it had spread to her lymph nodes. 

Whitney will be having her second surgery on Wednesday, May 4th, to remove the rest of her thyroid, clean out the thyroid bed and a full neck dissection.

Whitney has been out of work for a few weeks and now she will be out even more recuperating. She will also have radiation after her surgery and due to having to isolate she will need more time off of work. We appreciate anything that can be donated to her family during this time. They are so thankful to all of their friends and family who have been so supportive during this season of their lives. Please most of all keep them in your prayers in the days ahead!
