Whitney and David's Fundraiser

Bain LA community,
I am writing this message with a heavy heart. Our beloved former AC/Consultant David Morrell has encourtered a devastating tragedy. His college sweet heart and wife, Whitney, was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer.
David and Whitney are keeping a good attitude, being the eternally positive people they are. They pushed up their wedding and were married last weekend in Seattle. Whitney is intent on staying busy, seeing people and going places while she can. That said, the prognosis is very, very serious.
As such, I thought it would be a wonderful gesture for the Bain LA community to come together and offer David and Whitney a trip while she can still travel. I want to let them choose the destination and timing, but thought it would be nice to earmark money towards a trip that they can enjoy as a newly wed couple.
A little about Whitney: she went to Pomona College with David and graduated in 2011. Whitney is now a fourth year medical school at the University of Washington, planning on specializing in surgery. She is fun, vibrant, and full of life. She means the world to David.
Please help raise these funds to support David and Whitney during this incredily difficult time. Our goal is to finish raising funds by this Sunday, August 27th. While no one can predict the evolution of her condition with full certainty, it is clear that time is of the essence.
