Whitesboro Volleyball Rallies for the Wood Family
Our Whitesboro Volleyball family is asking for your support for one of our own—the Wood family.
On June 23rd, Neil Wood will undergo a major 4-hour surgery (an esophagectomy) for esophageal cancer that he has been valiantly battling over the past 3 1/2 years in Boston. His wife, Erica, will be by his side every step of the way, staying in a hotel during his surgery and recovery. With travel, hotel, and daily living expenses quickly adding up, we are hoping to ease some of the financial burden during this challenging time.
Meanwhile, their children (Kaeden and Kieragan) will remain at home finishing the school year and participating in extracurriculars. Kieragan will be a senior on our varsity volleyball team this fall.
At Whitesboro, volleyball is more than a sport—it’s family. Let’s come together and lift up one of our own with love, support, and generosity.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
