Whiteheads Under 14’s Rugby Team are taking on a tough and inspiring challenge to support their squad — walking 8 miles while carrying a rugby ball from Risca Leisure Centre, over Twmbarlwm Mountain, down to Scenic Drive, and finishing at The Darren Pub, Risca. These young athletes are pushing themselves physically and mentally to raise much-needed funds for their team’s development, equipment, and future opportunities. Their journey reflects the passion, commitment, and team spirit that rugby is all about. As they take on this mountainous route, they carry more than just a ball — they carry pride, purpose, and potential.
