Help Whitehall Dive Team Get Competition Boards!

We are a first-year dive team and the only one in Prince George's County, Maryland. Our league allowed us to compete this year without hosting a meet, but in order to continue next year, we need to be able to host, which means we need to upgrade our diving boards, including the stands and fulcrums. Our current boards are so old that the frames are cracking, and the fulcrum gears are rusted and are missing teeth! Our pool cannot afford to pay for the upgrade.

We have great coaches - Kelly Murray is a former Division I diver at the University of Maryland and has been coaching for 35 years. Assistant coach Rhett Hopkins is the 2018 AAU Junior Nationals Champion in the 1 meter.

And our kids have so much talent! We had 5 divers go to championships our first year as a team, and many first, second and third place winners in their age groups at our six meets this season. While we didn't win any meets, we came within 1 or 2 points of winning at several meets.

With your help, we will be able to continue diving next year. With proper diving boards, not only will our divers continue to develop self-confidence, courage, and mental toughness, but they will also be able to WIN!
