My name is Matt Beale. I am the writer and producer behind White Rabbit. For my final project at the University of South Wales, I wrote a dark comedy drama about a small group of survivors living in a nuclear bunker after the end of the world. I now want to take my comic writing abilities out from under the earth and put them into the paranormal lens of the cryptid tracker, a ufologist or the ghost hunter.

My team alongside myself at Deck Ten Productions will be working hard to produce an engaging and quirky comedy drama, soaked in the paranormal and wrapped up in a familiar sitcom package.

Running a pub seems like a vast undertaking for anyone - but for our duo, it's only their day job while they attend to investigate and understand the world of the unexplained. The crew is a mix of postgraduates, enthusiasts and industry-level volunteers who all believe in the project - and maybe even in Bigfoot!

The series will begin with a pilot episode.

This offbeat blend of comedy, drama, and the inexplicable is about two painfully-millennial cousins who find themselves juggling the demands of running a failing pub – the White Rabbit – in the heart of a spooky town steeped in the unexplained, while trying to launch their very own paranormal investigative podcast.
