Hi everyone,

I will be running the Hell and Back half marathon in aid of Whistle Ireland on the 28th of February. I will be heading back to Nairobi, Kenya with Whistle Ireland this April as a volunteer over there we will be refurbishing and rewiring a school in the slums that has 600 children attending. I travelled to Kenya with the charity back in May of 2024, this experience hugely opened my eyes and made me realise how much hardship and challenges the people in disadvantaged countries face everyday. But with all these challenges they face, they continue to smile. Whistle Ireland does excellent work over in Nairobi helping to educate children and adults, give food parcels to families, gives clothes parcels to families and helping with a local medical clinic to give health care at a minimal cost.

Whistle Ireland is a nonprofit organisation so any and all funds raised will go directly to helping the people living over in the slums in Nairobi.

Thank you.
