We have fought back against the unlawful shutdowns in every way possible and have started the legal process with multiple lawsuits against the State of Texas and TABC. Obviously this is an expensive process but we feel it is our only option. Someone has to step up and fight for our small businesses. The Whiskey Girl is not "just a bar" it is a business that provides for multiple people and their families. We are essential, our incomes are essential. Bars have been put on the front line of attack, next week it could be tattoo parlors, hair salons, gyms or even walking outside.
We currently have two lawsuits filed and working on a third to fight for ALL businesses in Texas, which comes at a steep price.
Every little bit helps including prayers and we appreciate everyone who has supported us through out this journey.
This has become personal to many people and we hope to stand up for everyone and put a stop to this unjust treatment.
