Meet Whippi ...

Whippi the Whippet arrived to us from Carlow Kilkenny Dog Shelter after she was surrendered in by her owners ..

Once she arrived to the pound they got in contact straight away .. she was holding her leg and we all knew what we were facing .. another broken leg

What a year its been .. and we've probably faced a broken legged lurcher every month this year and its not over yet.

Yet again we are asking for help .. Orthopaedic surgerys are expensive .. and ontop of our weekly vet bills they really do put us under immense pressure financially.

Were asking you to help us by donating the price of a coffee or a fizzy drink to help Whippi

Tomorrow she undergoes surgery to plate and pin her leg and hopefully it will be a success.. and then we will begin crate rest and the rehab

Coco ( the other whippet ) has just moved to the next step in her recovery and is starting her Hydrotherapy next week .. so there's space now for Whippi to start her journey.

We would appreciate any amount you could donate towards helping Whippi
