Where the Dust Goes - Feature Film

Hello! We are the Wright brothers, and we're creating a feature film about a young man named Andrew, a prospective missionary for the Mormon Church. After confessing sexual activity to a local church leader, Andrew has to delay his missionary service by six months. During this time he grapples with his faith in God, his relationships with his family and friends, and his recurring anxiety attacks.

 

We're hoping that this film will further de-stigmatize negative experiences that people have while growing up in religious communities.

 

Our goal is to raise $15,000 in order to rent the proper camera and lighting equipment, and to shoot on location in the beautiful coastal city of Pacific Grove, California.
