EMMANUEL ADESANYA, WHEN THE CARE GIVER NEEDS CARE
Donation protected
I said I would never do this, but you never know what you would do for love.
I meet Manny about 10 years ago. He had the same smile then that he has now. (I think that is why I fell for him lol. We got married in 2012 and had 4 beautiful children together. We immediately became a blended family. Doing our best to take care of our 8 children (in total) together. Unfortunately, Manny and I divorced a few years back only because we are both crazy and stubborn as mules; however, we are still friends, and I decided that I would forever be by his side. Through sickness and health till death do us part! Although the paperwork changed my vows to him, and God did not.
Well, here I am, through his appendix rupture, poison all over his body, surgery, heart attack and two strokes – there I was. All in a matter of 2 years his health faded – there, I was, why?
I continue to be here because Manny would be there for me, for you, and for the stranger across the street – for ANYONE & EVERYONE – a caregiver he is. You need a picture hung, a car fixed, a drive to NEW Mexico - Manny is your guy lol. Now the CAREGIVER NEEDS CARE, and he cannot get the care he needs because of the systems that prevent him from having insurance. Unfortunately, he is limited in America to receive the help he needs because there is no forgiveness for immigrants who made ONE mistake - 30years ago (SMH, I will leave that alone).
Manny is not irresponsible or lazy, rather the most hard-working man I know.
During my conversation with him on FaceTime from his hospital bed, he tried to explain the work he is going to do when he gets home - Rest MANNY (lol). He was always willing to do whatever he could for himself, his family and anyone who needs him.
Before calling the ambulance to pick him up the other day, Manny said, he felt like he was the least important in the grand scheme of things in life, which was my clue that, he was trying to give up and throw in the towel. At which I explained to him that he was important and his life mattered.
Please help me prove to Manny that, there is still a purpose for him here, that God is not through with him, no matter the situation. For as long as he has breath in his body, there is still hope.
Right now, Manny needs 24/7 medical attention care, which is expensive; but I am not willing to give up on him. I pray that you will help us, his children need him, the world needs him and more importantly, God Still Has Need Of Him. He has received so many miracles from heaven and I just do not think God is done.
Thank you for your anticipated assistance.
