When life takes a turn you never thought it would take..

Hey everyone, I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but life has taken an unexpected turn.

Back in November, I was on my way to work like any normal day… and woke up in an ambulance. That’s when I found out I had suffered a seizure, and after more tests, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. Unfortunately, it’s not a mild case. I was actually told it’s one of the most complex cases they’ve seen, and I’ve had several brain surgeries.

Since then, my life has completely changed. I haven’t been able to work, I can’t drive, and I’ve now had many injuries from the seizures. Just last week, I had a device implanted in my brain to try and control them. It’s supposed to help, but it takes time. The device has to learn how my brain works before it can be fully effective.

In the meantime, I’m doing my best to stay afloat, but the bills keep piling up. My phone’s been shut off multiple times, my car payments are months behind, and I’ve had to lean on my family as much as I can, but this is just a difficult place to be in.

As someone who has always been the one to help others, it’s hard to ask for help myself. But right now, I could really use some support to get through this rough patch, keep the lights on, and cover basic expenses while I focus on my health.

I’m hoping this is just a chapter in my story, and brighter days are ahead, but for now, anything you can give would mean the world.
