When a team-member is down, WE SUPPORT THEM!

On Monday morning around 12:00AM Allison McConnell experienced a devastating loss. The dyke between her family's home and the Vedder river burst, taking out their home, camper (which they were staying in at the time), and their two vehicles.

Thankfully—with thanks to first responders (including search and rescue)—as of 4am, Allison, her husband Clay, their son and family dog were all safe and dry at a family member's home. Now, they have a lot to figure out (and we're here to help).

 

Allison is not only our coworker, Operations Manager, and friend—she's part of our Clearbridge family. Day in and day out, Allison has tirelessly demonstrated and led our entire team towards a culture of help and support and now it's our turn to help her.

 

While Allison and her family may have lost all of their personal belongings, they're safe, dry, healthy, and they have all of us around them to support them. Thank-you for your generosity and help.
