I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. My name is Sean but most people know me as b3ck, and I'm reaching out to you with a project that's very close to my heart. I'm embarking on the journey of transforming a van into a cozy camper, and I'm excited to invite you to be a part of it.

This project holds special significance for me, beyond the thrill of building something unique. Recently, I've been dedicated to supporting my mom after a stroke and fall, and it's during this time that the idea of creating a mobile haven came to me. This isn't just about a van; it's about giving my mom the opportunity to explore and experience life beyond the limitations of her current space.

Cost Breakdown:

Van Purchase: $10,482

This covers the cost of acquiring the van, including any associated taxes and fees.

Van Conversion and Build-out: $8,000

Insulation materials
Furnishings (bed, storage, seating)
Safety features (fire extinguisher, first aid kit)
Flooring and finishing touches
Power system components (solar panels, batteries, inverter, controllers, wiring)

Contingency and Unexpected Costs: $1,518

Allowance for unforeseen expenses, ensuring that any unexpected costs won't hinder the progress of the project.

Here are some of the details & photos of the Van we are looking at:

It is a 2015 FORD TRANSIT 250 HR VAN, 148" WHEELBASE, 3.5L GTDI V6 ENGINE, 6-SPEED AUTO, the previous owner bought it to create a camper van and started the build but lost interest.. so it has some insulation, some sound dampening has been added and the floor has been prepped.
