For several years, I’ve proudly supported Puka Up and their mission to improve mental health and wellbeing across Australia. I’ve seen firsthand the genuine impact Puka Up has on people — the open and authentic conversations created, the support it provides, and the change it inspires.

That’s why I’m stepping up again in 2025 — to back a cause I genuinely believe in and to help drive meaningful change.

On Sunday, 23 November 2025, I’ll be taking on a massive 188.6 km ride from Albert Park to Sorrento and return — one intense day of purpose, passion, and pushing limits. But this ride is about much more than the bike and the distance. It’s about powering Braver Workplaces, a groundbreaking program helping organisations understand, manage, and reduce psychosocial risks – and create mentally healthier work environments for everyone.

Braver Workplaces is led by respected mental health advocate Wayne Schwass, supported by Ryan McGrory, along with rotating subject matter experts in leadership, neuroscience, HR, law, and workplace wellbeing. It provides practical, evidence-based tools that help businesses take real steps beyond “awareness” and into meaningful action to protect the wellbeing of their people.
